Health Humanities Lab Faculty Fellows – Call for Proposals
As part of the Health Humanities Lab and the Office of Health Initiatives ongoing collaboration, we seek faculty partners to:
- Create new modules related to providing health care in rural areas, and
- Provide models for faculty and units to incorporate material from the History and Health: Rural Health series into both graduate and undergraduate courses.
Each Health Humanities Lab Faculty Fellow will receive a $750 stipend, with payment contingent upon successfully (by end of fall semester 2026):
- Incorporating material from 2–3 modules (listed here) into a pre-existing or new syllabus,
- Creating a new module to be incorporated into Canvas Catalog (The Office of Health Initiatives will provide necessary technical assistance)
- Disseminating information regarding Rural Health Series modules within your department/program/unit
